Family Court and Criminal Court

We have extensive experience in all family court matters - separation, custody, divorce, adoption, child support, etc. We understand that this is a time of tremendous change in your family and in your life and we are here to guide you through the process with empathy and expertise. Our firm also has extensive experience in handling criminal cases. We understand the criminal process and its effects on clients and families and work hard to protect our clients with empathy and expertise as well.

Appeals and PCR

Our firm has handled appeals from the South Carolina courts as well as federal appeals. Additionally, our firm has handled numerous Post Conviction Relief (PCR) matters for clients who were convicted or plead guilty in South Carolina General Sessions court and did not believe they received adequate legal representation in those matters. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in the South Carolina Appellate Courts, and Attorney Brandt Rucker is also admitted to practice in the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
